How does delivery work?

Your meals will be delivered on Tuesday during the delivery window you selected. We will deliver to the billing address on your account, but if you need it delivered to a new location add the address to the notes in the checkout or send us an email hello@pepperclubco.com and we'll get it changed. You'll receive an email when your order has arrived. 
 

Can you accommodate based on dietary preferences or restrictions?
 

Shoot us an email or DM on Instagram and let us know the specific needs and  we’ll let you know if we’re able to accommodate.
 

Do you partner with local farms or suppliers? 

 

YES! This is a huge focus for us, whenever possible we source from local or Colorado specific vendors depending on the season, harvest, cost, and other factors.
 

Is there a deadline for placing orders?

 

Our menu goes live Wednesdays and you have till Sunday at midnight to order for delivery the following Tuesday.

What can we expect regarding portion sizes?

 

Because our menu changes every week, we don’t have a standard portion size for things like meat, vegetables and starches. We use our best judgement when it comes to portioning -- much like a restaurant kitchen does. As a general rule for meat, we aim for 4 to 6 oz. per dish per person. If you're concerned with not enough protein for example there are always add-on options for extra sides and proteins. 
 

Can businesses or organizations set up group meal deliveries?

 

Definitely! Send us an email hello@pepperclubco.com for pricing on large parties. 

 

What kind of packaging is used? 

 

We aim to use the most eco-friendly packaging therefore we don't recommend microwaving in the provided containers for the best reheating process.
